Upon completion of pre-construction, we transition to the Construction Contract, a structured agreement that outlines every stage of building your custom home. Each phase of construction is known as “Milestone,” with clear timelines and objectives to ensure consistent progress and quality.
Milestone Phases:
- Foundation
Duration: Approx. 2 months
The foundation sets the groundwork, ensuring a solid start for the entire build.
2. In the Dry
Duration: Approx. 5 months
This phase involves framing and enclosing the structure to protect it from the elements, ensuring durability and longevity.
3. Interior Finishes
Duration: Approx. 5 months
Custom interior features and finishes transform the structure into your personalized luxury home, reflecting your vision and preferences.
