During the initial meeting we want to listen to your vision and your idea, then collaborate with our team of professionals to provide the Key Concept! Any information, pictures or schematics to show our team will help us see your vision more clearly. Key Concepts provides a pre-construction service to work with the surveyor, engineers and architects to produce your plans for approval to build. This process is typically 3 months before the land/lot, city/state and any governing municipalities and the architect will have the plans ready for Key Concepts to provide a detailed estimate.

During the design process Key Concepts works close with our team of professionals and works through the concepts presented in earlier meetings to create your ultimate outcome. As the Builder we offer experience in the market, different types of building methods, value engineering and a level of detail that warrants off future confusion and keeps the clients budget in mind. Whether it’s a custom home or land development this process is critical in working out all the details and collaborating with all the players on the team to get state and code approvals while not compromising your vision. Key Concepts works with all City, State, and Municipalities to provide a complete and comprehensive outline of what will be needed in your project. Once all the details have been accounted for and the plans are approved and complete we move into the bidding process. During the bidding process Key Concepts works with our our sub-contractors and suppliers to provide you a detailed estimate using our Buildertrend software.
